What is inside
A short, printable guide covering the method in practical terms: how to open a session, how to choose the next question, and how to tell whether it worked.
It is written for team leads, trainers and people responsible for onboarding and assumes no prior reading.
Who will get the most from it
Anyone who has seen a team that passes the quiz and still escalates the same question every week and wanted a concrete way to respond to it.
It is deliberately short enough to read in one sitting and to keep beside you three weeks into an onboarding that everyone has already signed off as complete.
How to use it
Do not read it cover to cover and file it. Take the opening question — What would you do first if this went wrong on your shift? — and use it once, today, on something real.
Then use the follow-up. Two questions used are worth more than a guide finished.
After the guide
When you want to go further, move on to the onboarding question sets in the resources section, then a demo using one of your own procedures. If you would rather see the method run against your own material, a demo is the shortest route.
