About Business Training

Business Training About 2 min read

Business Training exists to make learning feel like discovery. We pair the ancient Socratic method with modern AI so curiosity, not pressure, drives understanding.

Why this exists

Almost every learning tool built in the last decade optimises for the same thing: reducing the time between a question and an answer. That is genuinely useful when you need a fact. It is actively harmful when you need to understand something.

Business Training exists because team leads, trainers and people responsible for onboarding kept running into the second case and being handed the first.

The method, plainly

The Socratic method is older than every technology it is now paired with, and the core of it is unglamorous: ask a question, listen properly to the answer, and choose the next question based on what the answer revealed.

AI makes that practical at a scale a single person cannot manage — it can hold the thread of a conversation, adapt the next question, and stay patient through the fourth attempt. What it does not do here is skip to the end.

What this deliberately will not do

It will not hand over a finished answer on request. The question it keeps returning to is Who would you need to talk to, and what would you ask them?, because that a completed training module means the process is understood is exactly the failure it is designed to prevent.

It does not promise a grade, a score or an outcome. Learning is not that predictable, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.

How we judge whether it worked

The measure is behavioural, not numerical: escalations drop because people can reason from the principle rather than the script. When that happens, the method has done its job and can get out of the way.

If you want to test that claim against your own situation, the fastest route is the onboarding question sets in the resources section, then a demo using one of your own procedures.
